Data privacy statement

We wrote this data privacy statement to explain which information we gather, how we use your data and which decisions you can make as a visitor on this page, according to the European Union General Protection Regulation. Unfortunately, this explanation will sound very technically but we tried to summate the most important information understandably.


Data handling

If you visit online websites some information will be constructed and saved, as well as on this website. If you visit our website, the web server (the computer on which the website is saved) will automatically save data like your IP address, details about your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge,..) as well as the time and date. We do not use this data and generally do not pass them on, but in case of illegal acting we are forced to pass the information on.


Saving personal data

Personal data, which you pass on to us like your name, email address, address or other information you pass on to us in form of a comment or a form will be stored safely and not passed on. We will only use this information to communicate with visitor’s, who want to have contact with us and to conduct the offers of services and products on this website. We will not pass on this information without your approval, but in case of illegal acting we are forced to pass it on. If you pass on information to us via email- that means not on this website – we cannot guarantee for the safety of your data. We recommend you to only pass on data in encoded emails.


Your rights

Generally, you have the right to request, correct, delete, limit, disclaim and control information. If you think that the way your data gets treated is against the Data Protect Act or your data privacy has been harmed in any way you can complain about that at the surveillance authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.


TLS encoding

We use https to transfer data bug-proof. With TLS (Transport Layer Security) an encoder to securely transfer information on the internet. You can recognize the use of http on the lock symbol on the left top of the browser and on the http in our internet address.



Our website uses HTTP-Cookies to safe user-specific data. A Cookie is a data package, which gets exchanged between web browser and web server, but it only has meaning for example an online shop, when you put something in the virtual shopping bag. There are two types of Cookies: First-party Cookies, which are made by our web site and third-party Cookies are made by other websites (e.g. Google Analytics). There are three categories of Cookies: the necessarily needed Cookies to use the basic functions of the website, functional Cookies to ensure the activity of the website and the goal-oriented Cookies to improve the users experience. We use Cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some Cookies will remain on the end device till you delete them. They make it possible for us to recognize your browser at the next visit. If you comply with that, you can set up your browser to get informed every time some Cookie gets used and you can allow it or not. You can delete Cookies or deactivate them if they are already on your computer. The approach is different for every browser, the best thing to do is to google a guidance on how to delete or deactivate Cookies. If you generally do not allow the use Cookies, some functions and websites may not work properly.


Google Analytics Data Protection Statement

We use Google Analytics from the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to evaluate the visitor’s data for statistics. For that Google Analytics uses goal-oriented Cookies.



With the GDPR we want to improve our offers and website. Since the privacy of our visitor’s is important to us, the data will be pseudonymized. The data treatment happens on the lawful provisions §96 para.3 TKG and Art. 6 EU-GDPR Abs. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.


Deactivating of data entry with Google Analytics

With the browser add-ons for deactivation from Google Analytics-Java Script you can avoid that Google Analytics uses your data. You can also prevent the gathering of the data, generated by Cookies and referred to your use of the website.


Google Analytics IP-anonymization

On this website we have IP-address-anonymization from Google Analytics implemented. This function was developed by Google, to comply the privacy policy and to follow the recommendations of the local protection authority, if those forbid the retention of the IP address. The anonymization of the IP takes place as soon as the IP address reaches the Google Analytics data entry network and before the retention of the data takes place.
